please refund my race fees!

Training for a race comes with real costs, and we get it. If you'd like to have those fees back in your pocket,  we'll send you a reimbursement check. No questions asked.

Reimbursements are issued as physical checks and mailed directly to the address you provide on the form below. Our team processes reimbursements through our accounts payable system twice each month—once in the middle of the month and again at the end, so you can expect your check to be mailed shortly after those processing periods.

Please note: if your request is submitted close to one of these processing dates, it may not be included in that cycle and could instead be processed during the next accounts payable run.
